Smartphone hadir dengan spesifikasi layar yang mumpuni. Jika kebanyakan produk smartphone Lenovo dibekali layar berteknologi IPS LCD, Lenovo Livo S90 justru hadir dengan teknologi layar Super AMOLED yang siap menghadirkan tampilan layar yang jelas, jernih, dan tajam, lebih baik dari IPS LCD. Layar smartphone ini berukuran 5 inci dengan resolusi HD 1280 x 720 piksel dan berketelitian mencapai ~294 piksel per inci.
Untuk memacu performanya, smartphone ini ditenagai processor 64-bit bertenaga quad-core dengan kecepatan 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916. Kinerja dapur pacu smartphone ini juga ditopang dengan sebesar RAM 2 GB dan memori internal berkapasitas 32 GB yang dapat diperlu dengan microSD.
