Lenovo Zuk Z1 memiliki layar berukuran 5.5 inches dengan menggunakan panel layar IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. Dengan resolusi layar 1080 x 1920 pixels, layar Lenovo Zuk Z1 memiliki kerapatan layar mencapai ~401 ppi pixel. Lenovo melengkapi spesifikasi layar smartphone ini dengan teknologi anti-fingerprint coating yang dapat membuat layar terbebas dari sidik jari.
Agar performanya mantap, Lenovo Zuk Z1 dibekali chipset Qualcomm MSM8974-AC Snapdragon 801 yang dipacu prosesor Quad Core dengan kecepatan 2.5 GHz. Lenovo juga menyematkan pengolah grafis Adreno 330. RAM sebesar 3 GB dengan memori internal 64 GB yang disematkan di dalamnya membuat performa smartphone ini semakin gahar.
Kamera Lenovo Zuk Z1 juga tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata. Kamera utamanya memiliki resolusi 13 MP beresolusi 4128 x 3096 pixels. Kamera utamanya telah dilengkapi fitur dual-LED flash, OIS optical image stabilization, eo-tagging, touch focus, auto focus, digital zoom, face/smile detection, scene detection, panorama.
